Due to long-term ageing of such grape varieties as Bobal and Tempranillo dry rose wines have a deep ruby rose colour, ripe fruit aroma and a rich bouquet of fresh berries: strawberry, raspberry, and currants.

Extractives and aromatic compounds leave notes of thyme and English caramel in the aftertaste.

Perfect pairing

The wine perfectly highlights the taste of soft washed-rind cheeses (Epoisses, Maroilles, Livarot, Munster, Limburg), and complements the strong taste of blue mold cheeses (Roquefort, Gorgonzola, Danablue, Fourme d'Ambert, Bleu d'Auvergne, Bleu d'Auvergne, Bleu des Causses, Bleu de Bresse).
